Description:
- Raw Materials: It mainly uses natural ores like basalt and diabase as the main
raw materials. At the same time, an appropriate amount of auxiliary
materials such as dolomite and limestone are added. These ores are
rich in mineral elements such as silicon, aluminum, calcium, and
magnesium, providing a fundamental guarantee for the performance of
the rock wool board.
- Production Process: After the raw materials are melted at a high temperature, the
melt is made into fibers by means of centrifugal force or
high-pressure air flow. Then, an appropriate amount of additives
such as binders and dust-proof oil are added. Through processes
like the pendulum method or the three-dimensional method, the
fibers are laid into a uniform wool felt. Finally, rock wool boards
of different specifications and thicknesses are made through
processes such as curing and cutting.
